Break-Away Collars are collars that snap loose, say, if your cat gets it caught in a fence or tree branch. cats have proven that they can really harm, even kill, themselves with normal dog/cat collars. i have lost tons of break-away collars (with the pet tags on them!), it gets old, annoying, and expensive. Here is the new answer to cat collar conundrum:
